- ➤ Iowa City man Kesean Ford pleaded guilty to Homicide by Vehicle — Excessive Speed in a 2023 drag racing crash that killed Jennifer Russell and was sentenced to up to ten years in prison while a co-defendant received probation with a suspended sentence. KCRG
