- ➤ Iowa City will begin a $2 million renovation of Terrell Mill skate park in spring 2026. The project, awarded to Vieth Construction, will add beginner and intermediate tracks (including a pump track) near Mayflower Residence Hall and the Iowa River to expand park space for skaters, bikers and rollerbladers.
