- ➤ The Center for Intellectual Freedom launched its two-day Reforming Universities Summit at the Old Capital Museum last week, featuring Gov. Kim Reynolds and higher education leaders. - ➤ University of Iowa College of Nursing is raising alarm over a proposed change to professional degree language — the removal of the 'not limited to' clause would lower the loan cap for its graduate programs and could reduce enrollment and the flow of new faculty amid a national nursing shortage.
