- ➤ Police said that 26-year-old Keelan France and 49-year-old Nicole Linderholm are accused of stealing over $650000 from their 76-year-old relative with Alzheimer's in Iowa City + France, who held power of attorney as her caregiver, withdrew more than $800000 from her retirement funds and diverted much of it to Linderholm. - ➤ Johnson County will partner with Iowa City and the VA to create the state's first project-based HUD Veterans Assisted Supportive Housing project at a 15-unit property at 1102 Hollywood Blvd that it bought in 2024 for $1.7 million.
