EDUCATION NEWS

  • Iowa City West High students enjoyed their prom on Saturday, May 2 at the Highlander Hotel, dancing and celebrating a memorable night in a festive setting.  Iowa City Press-Citizen
  • Iowa City Community School District postponed its $25M loan as banks declined because audits are not yet completed despite improved cash flow and reduced spending. It will finish the 2024 and 2025 audits by June 30 and Dec. 31 and its new chief financial officer starts May 13.  Iowa City Press-Citizen
