- ➤ A Solon woman, a manager at Budget Rental in Iowa City, was arrested Monday for allegedly stealing over $50,000 by altering rental agreements and depositing rental payments into her personal accounts—officials say she manipulated 466 transactions between Jan. 1, 2021, and June 30, causing significant losses for the company.
