- ➤ Iowa HHS said a file accidentally posted on Feb. 16 exposed Medicaid subscriber IDs, waiver program details and eligibility dates for 6,717 people. The agency removed the file after four days and is notifying those affected as it reviews its procedures. We Are Iowa
