About this event
Boost your lifelong physical and mental well-being with this low impact and highly rewarding exercise! Moving to music, students will engage over twenty areas that target your cognitive function, physical fitness, and both emotional and social wellness. The class is performed barefoot to engage the muscles in the feet and ankles to improve overall balance and stability. This seated class is accessible to people of all ages and abilities.
